I had a lower left molar removed, bone graft applied, post, and abutment. They do not do the crown; I had to return to my main dentist for it. The VAMC covered the implant procedure, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford this level of quality of care in Northern Virginia. It has been about 8 months so far, no complications. Props to tiny Dr Kim, Dhaval, Tessa, LaShavanda, Paulina, Shawntalia, at Alexandria location. This location is ~15min walk from metro - Eisenhower Ave. I have also bicycled here from Mt Vernon Trail through Old Town to get here.

Very appreciative of the team at the Alexandria office! From checking in with Brittany and getting all of my administrative questions answered, getting my scans done with Sydney, and the great chair-side manner with Dr. Norton, I received a 10/10 consultation and service! Healthcare is always tricky, but I felt completely at ease and understood everything that was going to happen during my visit and I truly appreciate that!

I’m always a bit anxious before any dental procedure, but Dr. Norton and her team immediately put me at ease. From the walk to the procedure room to taking the X-rays, the dental assistant’s communication was clear, calm, and precise. Dr. Norton then thoroughly explained my X-rays and what to expect. She used local anesthetic. From start to finish, Dr. Norton and her team guided me through a smooth, pain-free experience. I highly recommend Dr. Norton to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate oral surgeon who communicates exceptionally. well. So far, my healing is going great, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

Dr. Emily Norton and her team were exceptional from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable well- informed every step of the way. Dr. Norton was professional, gently, took the time to explain the procedure clearly, which helped ease my nerves. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and truly caring. The surgery went smoothly, and the follow up care was just impressive. I visited the Alexandria office for an extraction of my molar and bone graft, and I had an outstanding experience. My surgeon, Dr. Lila Kim, and her assistant, Tessa, were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly caring and compassionate, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Kim clearly explained each step of the process, so I always knew exactly what to expect. The procedure went very smoothly, and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. I highly recommend Dr. Kim. My experience with the other members of the office was great as well.
